How to make Minecraft Pocket Super Spooky

Today I am going to show you how to decrease the render distance to a bare minimum. It is a little buggy where it only lights the chunks that you are in but it is still awesome!

Go to this folder in the Minecraft app with ifile and open options.txt

edit the render distance to 5 and save

1 MILLION PAGE VIEWS!!

Thanks to everyone who visits the site daily. This is a huge accomplishment. I started this blog almost 1 year ago and over the past 2 months it has really taken charge.

I am currently working on a full featured website that allows users to upload their own maps, texture packs, mods and seeds. With full rating systems and user pages where you can see each person's activity and send each other messages and create groups. Its going to be awesome.

No Flint and Steel in Creative
Some items displaying Code name instead of actual name
Chat log transferring between worlds
Fire animations are slightly buggy
Buckets do not pick up water or lava
Can't use bucket on split controls
Cannot remove armor in survival
Animations while eating are broken
Lefty Mode not working
Flaming Arrows do not set animals on fire or ignite TNT

MCPE Realms 0.7.0

As of now no one can access Realms.

Servers will start going out next week according to Johan

You can check the status of the realms servers by going to http://peo.minecraft.net/

On iOS, you will not know when you can create severs or not (it will fail silently). See here when you can: peo.minecraft.net

Minecraft Pocket edition Realm Servers will start going out monday.

Minecraft PE has support for Realms but it's disabled until Monday. The client doesn't show that so it's very confusing, sorry...
